36 weeks pregnant today – Mel is looking & feeling great

The trick to staying fit, healthy and well during pregnancy is to keep going.  This said, there are many challenges we each face during pregnancy and the safety of mum and bub must always come first.  Tiredness and busy life in my opinion are not worthy excuses as these factors will always sneak their way into life if we allow them.  You and your baby will benefit from making time to move each day as long as you take a safe, suitable approach.  Please be sure to ask a professional for guidance if you are unsure what is best for you and your unique circumstance xxx
