Fasting YES or NO?

Fasting with purpose may be a valuable tool for great health in more ways than one.  I believe if used for a general health and wellbeing purpose rather than simply weight loss you may gain soooooooo much from utilising regular fasting.  For some the art of fasting in the evening such as 5pm to 5am may help avoid reaching for poor nutritional choices during tired, weak mind times.  This sort of practice may assist you to overcome areas of nutritional struggle and in turn support healthy body and mind.  To overcome a long held nutritional struggle brings empowerment to succeed in other areas and the benefits multiply.  Wooooo hooooo to great health!
