As founder of PERFECT FIT 4Ladies & your trainer, my goal is to reach as many ladies as possible & empower them to be strong, healthy & confident in mind, body & everyday life. I want to help mums, daughters, grans & all you sisters out there, to see outside the square & find fitness you enjoy & look forward to! IT IS POSSIBLE!!!

PERFECT FIT 4Ladies offer free fitness programs (check out ‘Workouts For U’) designed to be carried out in the comfort of your own home, at your convenience! PERFECT FIT 4Ladies is intended to equip you to do it on your own, or with a friend or group when it suits you. Choose to have a program written for you online or book in for a one-on-one or small group personal training session. Your fitness session will be tailored to your goals & interests, by incorporating the latest fitness training methods & tools.
PERFECT FIT 4Ladies hold school term group fitness sessions in 5-7 week blocks. Check out the group fitness time-table & book into as many as you desire. These sessions are designed to challenge your fitness & strengthen your body & mind.
PERFECT FIT 4Ladies offer fun, safe & effective programs & support to equip clients to take on & achieve, long term healthy lifestyle & wellbeing.
